Pack Fresh Club products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Production times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, and other factors.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method, destination, carrier, and other factors outside of our control.

Estimated production and delivery dates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your package after receiving it.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact Pack Fresh Club as soon as possible. Because our products are made to order and may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
